Where's The Beef Stew

Ingredients: 

  • 3 Cups Onions
  • 1 Cup Celery
  • 2 1/4 Cups Carrots
  • 4 Cups Mushrooms (Portobello or White)
  • Roasted Garlic
  • 6 Cups Potatoes
  • Water or Vegetable Broth
  • 2 Tbs Italian Seasoning
  • 2 Tbs Paprika
  • 3 ounces Tomato Paste
  • 2 Tbs Chopped Rosemary 
  • Peas
  • Parsley

Mac & Trees

Ingredients:

  • 1lbs of Macaroni
  • 1 1/2 Cup Water
  • 1/2 Cup Raw Cashews
  • 2 Cups Roasted Butternut Squash
  • Chopped Broccoli
  • Garlic
  • Nutritional Yeast
  • Lemon Juice
  • Salt
  • Mustard
  • Corn Starch
  • Paprika

Mustard on a date with roasted sweet potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 2 Cups Water
  • Stone Ground Mustard
  • 8 Pitted Medjool Dates
  • Roasted Parsnip 
  • Roasted Schallot
  • Sweet Potatoes

Veggie Benedict

Ingredients

  • Cashew milk -2cups water blended with 1/2 cup of raw cashews
  • 2 teaspoons nutritional yeast
  • 4 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon tumeric
  • pinch of paprika
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch

Kale Chips

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Raw Cashews
  • 2 Cups Roasted Butternut Squash
  • Chopped Broccoli
  • Garlic
  • Nutritional Yeast
  • Lemon Juice
  • Salt
  • Mustard
  • Corn Starch
  • Paprika
  • Raw kale washed and stems removed, ripped into chip sized pieces


Sweet Chickpea Chowder

  • 3 Cups dried chickpeas
  • 9 cups water
  • 4 to 5 cups diced carrots
  • 3 to 4 tablespoons cornstarch mixed in cold water
